Sunjob CONSULT was set up in 2007 by Christian Röther and Axel Sonnenschein. Specialising in the renewable energy sector, we have contacts in over a hundred companies around the world, ranging from global players to innovative start-up enterprises. We explore the corporate culture of the company and the specific requirements of the advertised position in order to identify suitable candidates, not only because of their specialist skills but also due to their personality.

We ourselves are convinced by the principle of a sustainable economy and perhaps it was this personal affinity that led us to develop our own approach to consultancy: it is not about plugging gaps for the short term, but supporting the individual development of people and companies over the long term.
